1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or personalized items unless there is a defect in manufacturing.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance or sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Customized products (including custom apparel, serving boards, and any personalized items).
3. Process for Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Step 1: Contact us at info@bellisimocrafts.com or call us at +92 320 9416934 with your order number and exchange request.
- Step 2: We will guide you on how to return the original item and ship the new one.
- Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the original product, we will send out the replacement within 7-10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.
4. Process for Returns
If you’d like to return a product for a refund:
- Step 1: Reach out to our customer service team at info@bellisimocrafts.com within 30 days of your purchase, providing your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Step 3: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Important: Shipping fees for the return are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately:
- Contact our team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide images of the defect or damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. International Exchanges & Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs, and duty fees. Due to varying international shipping regulations, we recommend contacting our support team before initiating any returns from outside Pakistan or the U.S.
