Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Here’s how you can monitor your delivery:

• Step 1: Open your shipping confirmation email.
• Step 2: Click on the tracking link provided, or copy the tracking number.
• Step 3: Visit the carrier’s website (such as FedEx, DHL, or local courier services) and enter your tracking number to view your shipment’s progress in real-time.

2. Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, don’t worry! Here’s what to do:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder for the shipping confirmation email.
• Log in to your Bellisimo Crafts account and view the status of your order under the Order History section.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Within Pakistan: 3-5 business days.
• International Orders: 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delays due to customs or local courier services may occur for international shipments. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

5. Important Notes:

• Customized or personalized items may take additional time to process. You will be notified of any delays during production.
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the shipping label has been created.
• For multiple-item orders, items may be shipped separately. Each item will have its own tracking information.
