Exchange & Return
Bellisimo Crafts practices high quality standards and takes great care in deliveries. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the policy.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE:
Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:
- Product is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed. However, Design Partner brands are not eligible for any exchanges.
- Home category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
- Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- We offer size exchange only for the same style of clothing purchased.
- Please note that size exchanges will not be applicable for purchases made during a sale/discount period or on customized orders.
- Please note that size exchanges will not be applicable to Design partner Brands.
- The customer must exchange the merchandise at their own expense to our address, preferably through a courier that can be traced with a tracking number.
- Items will be exchanged at the current prevailing price.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in special cases. In case of defected/wrong product received, complaints need to be lodged within 48 hours from the order delivery date
- For damage / quality issue, please provide following when lodging the complaint:
- Order Number
- Picture of the product/ defect
- Picture/Scan of invoice
- Picture of parcel
- Transaction details
- Refunds will be issued to bank accounts only.
- Please note that no cash refunds will be made.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
- Items bought on sale cannot be refunded or returned.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
- Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
- No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
- In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier company.
